Storage access may be used by features such as Duplicate Clean or Junk Cleaner to scan files on the device in order to identify duplicate images or unnecessary cache files. This helps free storage space. The app does not upload or share any files from the device.
Location permission may be required for certain WiFi-related features such as detecting nearby WiFi networks or identifying suspicious network connections through the WiFi Thief detection feature. Android requires location access for WiFi scanning. The application does not track or store the user's location.
Certain security features such as Pocket Sense, Flip Silence, and Anti-Touch rely on device sensors like the accelerometer or proximity sensor. These sensors help detect motion, orientation, or when the phone is placed inside a pocket. Sensor data is used only temporarily and is not stored or transmitted.

4 Background Protection
Some security features run using a foreground service in order to function properly even when the app is minimized or the phone screen is locked. For example, Anti-Touch alarm, Clap detection, or whistle detection may need to run in the background.
When these services are active, Android displays a persistent notification icon indicating that the service is running. This ensures transparency and allows users to disable the feature at any time.
5 No Third-Party Data Sharing
ViroGuard does not sell, rent, or share user data with third-party companies.
The application does not share information with:

Any processing performed by the app happens locally on the device.
